As a People & Culture Executive, you will be the backbone of our HR team, supporting our HR Business Partners with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, managing employee records, coordinating training and development programs, and assisting with recruitment processes. Your ability to work efficiently with HRIS systems like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors will be crucial in this role. With your strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you will ensure that our HR operations run smoothly, allowing our HR Business Partners to focus on strategic initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to HR Business Partners.
• Manage employee records and ensure accuracy in HR data.
• Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling and follow-ups.
• Assist with recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate interviews.
• Support HR Business Partners in the execution of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update HR documentation and policies.
• Assist with the organization of HR events and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR administrative roles.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HR best practices and industry standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with knowledge of local culture and customs.
