📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist dentists and hygienists in providing a wide range of dental services, including cleanings, fillings, and preventive care.
• Prepare patients for dental procedures, including taking medical histories, administering local anesthesia, and providing pre- and post-procedure instructions.
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform routine dental procedures under the supervision of licensed dentists, such as taking dental impressions, applying dental materials, and assisting in root canal treatments.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and provide guidance on maintaining good dental health.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and follow-up appointments.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing patient communications, and coordinating with insurance providers.
• Adhere to all dental clinic policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a high standard of care and patient safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Dental Nursing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Nurse in a clinical setting.
• Certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, anatomy, and physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, dentists, and support staff.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using dental equipment, such as dental chairs, suction devices, and X-ray machines.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and dental software.
