📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Support the HR team in sourcing and screening candidates using tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct initial interviews and contribute to the development of interview questions.
• Assist in employer branding activities, including updating the company's career page and social media channels.
• Help organize and participate in HR events and workshops.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including coordinating interviews and follow-ups.
• Assist in the analysis of recruitment metrics and provide feedback to improve recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
