As a Finance & Accounting Specialist at Neva Style, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. You will work closely with our team to analyze financial data, provide insights, and support strategic decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Process and reconcile bank statements, payroll, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with Indonesian GAAP.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Participate in audits and internal reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a fashion or retail industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and accounting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in accounting software such as QuickBooks is a plus.
