📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our online storefronts on major marketplaces like Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and market share.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage promotional campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and best practices.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and marketplace activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Assist in the development of new digital initiatives to support our growth objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and tools such as Tokopedia Seller Center, Shopee Seller Center, and Bukalapak Seller Center.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in digital marketing or e-commerce is a bonus.
