📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen staff.
• Present dishes and drinks professionally to the table.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables for the next service.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and food handling standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, Revel, or Lightspeed.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
