📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handle cash and card transactions promptly and securely.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Manage inventory and restock items as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with POS systems and customer relationship management software is a plus.
• Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 kg and stand for extended periods.
• Must have a valid ID and be able to pass background checks.
