📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Introduce and promote Bank MAS micro-loan products to Wings store owners.
Assess the financial needs of SMEs and provide tailored financial solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and businesses.
Conduct financial literacy workshops and seminars for SMEs.
Monitor and report on the performance of micro-loan products.
Collaborate with Bank MAS to develop and implement sales strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and support to Wings store owners.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in microfinance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, financial services, or a related field.
Strong understanding of microfinance and micro-loan products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of Bank MAS products and services is a plus.
Valid SIM (Student Identity Card) and active KTP (Identity Card).
