📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the automotive workshop, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Implement and maintain high-quality standards and safety protocols in the workshop.
• Utilize advanced tools and software such as Autodesk AutoCAD, SAP ERP, and ServiceMaster to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with the management team to ensure that all service requests are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of workshop equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement training programs to upskill the team and improve service quality.
• Monitor and analyze workshop performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in using advanced tools and software such as Autodesk AutoCAD, SAP ERP, and ServiceMaster.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
