Fast Data Dinamis is looking for a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance and risk management.,Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Professional certification in accounting or finance, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA, is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies is a plus.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
