📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including stock management, sales, and customer service.,Train and mentor junior store operators to ensure high performance standards.,Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to meet or exceed them.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with all merchandise displayed attractively.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.,Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts and overstocks.,Promote store events and special promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Operator or similar role in retail.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
