📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Manage the accounting department, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the company's financial performance.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
