You will work closely with our managers and employees to ensure that our training programs are effective and meet the needs of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with the needs of our organization and employees.
  • Deliver training programs to employees in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to employees on their performance and development.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure that training programs are integrated into our performance management system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of training events and workshops.
  • Provide administrative support to the Training and Development team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with training and development software and tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
