📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems and networks.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Support remote and on-site technical issues as required.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.,Proficiency in using IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security is a plus.
