📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical content,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in English,Familiarity with Markdown and other documentation tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills
