📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Oversee the performance of the sales team, providing training, coaching, and motivation.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in store improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
