In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious and high-quality dishes, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Manage kitchen inventory and supplies.,Work with the management team to ensure the restaurant meets customer expectations.,Monitor food costs and ensure profitability.,Lead the kitchen team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.
