We are seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management principles and be able to ensure the smooth running of our vehicles. This role is crucial for maintaining our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Ensure all vehicles are serviced and maintained according to manufacturer recommendations.,Oversee the allocation and utilization of company vehicles to ensure optimal efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficient in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
