📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet.
  • Maintain and update fleet schedules and records.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and maintain fuel records.
  • Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are aware of their schedules and routes.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the fleet.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on vehicles.
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and have valid licenses.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language.
