📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve business objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and the achievement of shared goals.,Monitor departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry or department.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving departmental performance.,Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Commitment to upholding the company's values and mission.
