📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues for Korean-speaking clients.
• Provide exceptional customer support through email, phone, and live chat.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Korean, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience as a Customer Experience Specialist or similar role, preferably in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using customer service software such as Zendesk and Salesforce.
