As a Business Analytics Data Engineer, you will work closely with our data scientists, business analysts, and IT teams to ensure our data infrastructure supports our analytical needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines that integrate various data sources, ensuring data quality and consistency. You will also develop and optimize data models to support business analytics, providing the foundation for data-driven decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using tools such as Apache Airflow, Python, and SQL.
• Integrate various data sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Ensure data quality and consistency through data validation and cleaning processes.
• Develop and optimize data models to support business analytics, including dimensional modeling and data warehousing.
• Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to understand analytical requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive information.
• Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members on data engineering best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data manipulation tools such as Pandas.
• Experience with data pipeline tools such as Apache Airflow, Apache Kafka, or similar.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Understanding of data modeling techniques, including dimensional modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
