📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, scheduling, and maintaining candidate records.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as processing employee data, maintaining employee files, and preparing reports.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome packets and coordinating orientation activities.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR department in managing employee relations, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll-related documents.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administrative roles.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR information systems and databases is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
