📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs to meet the needs of our employees,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Proficient in using training management software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
