📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the entire quantity surveying process for large-scale construction projects, from planning to completion.,Ensuring accurate and timely measurement of materials, labor, and equipment for all project phases.,Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, schedules, and budgets for construction projects.,Conducting cost analysis and providing recommendations to optimize project costs and improve profitability.,Monitoring project progress and identifying potential cost overruns or delays.,Collaborating with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Providing regular reports and updates to stakeholders on project progress and costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying for large-scale construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction costing principles, methods, and practices.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools, such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and practices.
