📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identify and prospect potential customers in the hardware and plumbing industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hardware or plumbing industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of the hardware and plumbing industry is a plus.
• Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
