📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to source and attract the best candidates.
  • Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient and organized recruitment processes.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.
  • Foster a positive employer brand and promote the company's values and culture to attract and retain top talent.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to speak and write in Indonesian fluently.
