In this role, you will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of manufacturing tasks.,Monitor and maintain quality standards, conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Manage and mentor a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to achieve production goals.,Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and meeting customer deadlines.,Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, defects, and downtime.,Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve overall efficiency.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the manufacturing industry.,Proven experience in CNC Manufacturing, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety procedures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools, such as ERP systems and CNC machine programming.,Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and a commitment to continuous improvement.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
