As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management and a strong understanding of customer service principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and feedback.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet performance standards and deliver excellent customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, ensuring it meets health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the corporate team to ensure consistency in brand image and customer experience across all outlets.,Participate in inventory and stock management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Understanding of customer service principles and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.,Familiarity with retail software and systems for inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
