Warung Dian Store is looking for a Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure that our training initiatives are effective and aligned with our business goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify training needs and develop training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.,Facilitate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching activities.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to ensure that training initiatives are well-coordinated and impactful.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and career growth.,Report on training program outcomes and impact to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and e-learning platforms.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.,Experience in managing budgets and resources for training programs.
