Tanggung Jawab:
Manage the distribution process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory information.Oversee the work of delivery personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.Monitor and analyze distribution performance, identifying areas for improvement.Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of distribution activities.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or distribution industry.Strong knowledge of distribution management principles and practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Familiarity with transportation and logistics software is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
