📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee 24×7 operations of the AI/GPU data center, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Manage power distribution systems, including UPS, generators, and PDUs, to maintain uninterrupted power supply.
• Implement and monitor cooling systems, including CRAC units and high-density liquid cooling solutions.
• Conduct regular maintenance and preventive measures to avoid downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues promptly, minimizing impact on operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve data center efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data center operations.
• Provide on-call support and emergency response during outages or critical incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data center facilities management, with a focus on AI/GPU environments.
• Certifications in data center infrastructure, such as ACI, ASHRAE, or similar, are a plus.
• Proven expertise in power distribution systems, cooling technologies, and high-density liquid cooling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a 24×7 environment.
• Experience with data center management software, such as Raritan, Vertiv, or similar, is required.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for data center operations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
