📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Plan and create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all content.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and user experience.
Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and content planning.
Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Canva.
Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
