📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert technical advice on Jotun coatings products to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our solutions.
• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable coating systems for their specific needs, considering factors such as environmental conditions, substrate type, and performance requirements.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess coating needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product developments, and regulatory requirements to provide informed advice to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote Jotun coatings and network with potential customers.
• Provide technical support to the sales team and other stakeholders, ensuring a high level of expertise and professionalism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, coatings, or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of Jotun coatings products and their applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient in using technical sales tools and software, such as Salesforce and SAP.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
